Beat Down....
Thanks for all of your support. I really appreciate it. My husband has been super supportive this whole time and is trying to help me over this hump as well.
k8yk- I have a mental vision in mind of what I want my body to look like and am not seeing the results that I want yet. I am going to go with your suggestion and work on the toning and cardio combined. I have not done a lot of toning work yet and that may be the reason I am so frustrated. I have set 115 as my goal as I am actually very short (5'1"
and 115 is the mid range for a healthy weight for someone my height.
I went off to college weighing under 100 lbs and know I probably won't ever be there again and am not willing to do the work to get there. I figure being 30+ with 2 kids and being in the middle of the healthy weight range would be success.
Thanks again everyone!

Beat Down....
I've been on a weight loss journey for 18 months now. In the first year I was walking 3 miles 5x a week as well as sticking to Weight Watchers. I had reached the point that I plateaued and was not loosing any more weight and felt it was time to shake up my excercise. I did 3 cycles of boot camp as well as trying several different excerise plans (videos, walking again, trying couch to 5k)and have for the most part kept to the weight watchers diet. For the last 10 months I have not gained more than 2 lbs but have not lost any either.
I recently spoke to my dr about this frustration and she said that she thought that since I am now (barely) within the healthy BMI and weight range for my height that it is going to be MUCH harder to loose weight and that I would need to get off Weight Watchers and switch to a diet that was more calorie counting specific and not as general.
I have been doing that and tracking VERY diligently for the last two weeks and have not lost any weight. I am drinking my water and excercising for at least an hour 3+ times a week.
Can anyone help me? I am getting very discouraged and need some suggestions.
