WOW, I know I'm supposed to keep track of my servings but the cal in pasta (and usually I'd eat more than I had, so I thought I was eating a little) is a real shocker to me. And I haven't been exercising like I'm supposed to. :/

So for the past two days my eating has been bad, my sister came to visit and with that I just lost the interest of exercising. Since she left tonight, I'm hoping to get my days structured again and to stick with this diet. The main thing I have to learn is to have self control, even when my schedule changes. I just hope I'm not more than 304. That would really be a bummer. So, with the Wii chanllege about to start, I guess I can look at these 2 days as a goodbye party to my unhealthy eating, and I can get serious again about my diet.

Today my sister came and visited. As a result of just hanging out, I didn't get any of my workout done. Plus I over ate. So, I'm feeling horrible and unmotivated because I messed up... However, I'm not giving up, and will be pushing myself tomorrow to not only exercise but to eat better.

Today was tough getting threw my workout. I just felt drained but I kept pushing myself till I was finished. I'm happy I didn't quit.

So, now that I'm paying attention to what I eat and my health. I decide to look up how much fat I'm supposed to consume.
