I'm so excited I had to share. About 2 months ago I bought The biggest loser Challenge for Wii, and when I weighted myself on the Wii balance board, I was 320. So, I put that down when I signed up for this site bc I figured I weighted the same, and I feared maybe more. However, I just finished doing a 20 minute workout yay(though, I had to break for a minute between sets bc I couldn't breathe) and then I weighted myself again. I'm sooooo happy bc I can change my weight to 304. Its not much but I'm getting there. And although the push up/ crunch challenge starts in 6 hrs, I'm going to try and do the whole set now, though I'm sure its probably will take me a long hour or so to complete them.

I just changed my RDI from 2700 to 1685. So my food log now looks like I've over ate today when I did not. I just went to Webmd.com (a suggestion from another fatsecret member) and put in my goal with how active I am, (which is not at all, except when I do short walks to walk my dog), and it suggested if I want to lose 2 lbs a week w/o exercising, my RDI should be 1685. However, I still plan on starting to exercise tomorrow..... I'm going to try and drink 64 oz of water a day, to curb my hunger.

So, I wasn't going to eat dinner tonight because I over ate last night. However, I bought the Women's vitamin pill, and I have to eat to take it. I ate 1 slice of pizza and drank a bottle of water.

Last night I really over eat. This morning I woke up so sick, like my throat was clocked and I was going to throw up. Today I had my regular sandwich, and I'm so not eating dinner.

Yesterday I really went overboard on eating. As I'm entering what I ate I feel disgusted and upset with myself. I need to learn to have self control and to stop eating from bored and or because I'm stressed out.
