Today was tough getting threw my workout. I just felt drained but I kept pushing myself till I was finished. I'm happy I didn't quit.

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 July 2011:

That's Awesome. It's hard to see it know, but eventually you will yearn for that pain you get when you are finshed working out. I just started getting back into it, and right now the motivation is lacking.

Thanks, and I hope so. Today I messed up but I'm going to try and stick with this to the end. I've always been fat and used to always be lacking in motivation. However, now I just like to think how I'd look skinny. Plus, I like to look at pictures of myself whenever I feel unmotivated, and that motivates me to not give up (even after I mess up- motivates me again). I don't know if that will help you to be motivated also, but its worth trying.
