Today I did my c/p-up sets and I'm back on track :)

Today I did really well. I did all my exercises that I needed to do, but then tonight I felt depressed- so I binge ate McDonalds, and I know I shouldn't feel guilty bc the whole time I was eating I was regretting it......& Now, I feel sick.

I did my pushups and crunches for today, feeling good.

I did the 100 crunches (I don't go all the way up- and I split the amount up in groups- frontal, and sides) and 50 push ups (I took like 5 min breaks between the 5 sets of 10) and now I feel light headed. I also added in butt workout (where you left your leg behind you- I only did ten on each leg bc my arms where too shaky after doing the pushups.

I'm going to stop taking the women one a day because yesterday was the first time I took it, and I felt sick, then today I took it and started feeling lightheaded, sick again and I took it with food. So, I guess I just can't take the multivitamin.
