WOW, I know I'm supposed to keep track of my servings but the cal in pasta (and usually I'd eat more than I had, so I thought I was eating a little) is a real shocker to me. And I haven't been exercising like I'm supposed to. :/

I have a little cheap digital food scale and I got some paper plates to put on it to weigh stuff, and I also got a bunch of plastic measuring cups and half cups etc. so I can EASILY weigh and measure stuff and always have a clean cup or half cup. It makes keeping your portion sizes correct much easier.
