So for the past two days my eating has been bad, my sister came to visit and with that I just lost the interest of exercising. Since she left tonight, I'm hoping to get my days structured again and to stick with this diet. The main thing I have to learn is to have self control, even when my schedule changes. I just hope I'm not more than 304. That would really be a bummer. So, with the Wii chanllege about to start, I guess I can look at these 2 days as a goodbye party to my unhealthy eating, and I can get serious again about my diet.
