I wouldn't recommend going that direction. You get hooked on it and gain weight back when you are off it. It's never worth it. Best just to get yourself on a healthy diet and exercise routine you are comfortable with.

Starting ALL over again!! with the LCHF. Going to do it this time. Don't know why I keep failing but I'm tired of doing it. Determined.
