I'm 25. I have no car or driver's license so I bike/walk everywhere I go. I eat really healthy foods but I used to eat as much as I wanted, so I hovered around 155 lbs for the first six months of 2011 until I decided I need to lose weight and get in shape again.
I hadn't been in the 120's since 2006, now I've maintained in the 120's since November 2011. :)

Does weighing daily help or hurt?
I weigh in at the same time every morning and write it in a notebook I keep near the scale. It's like someone else said, that way you can see the trend and address it if you start gaining weight.
Honestly I think if I only weighed once a week I would not be able to stay motivated.

This is Ridiculous!
I ate half of a burger, half an order of fries, and half an order of onion rings today at a restaurant: it was 1,050 calories.

Just saying. HALF of a burger. HALF an order of fries..and HALF of an order of onion rings. If I'd eaten the whole meal that was in front of me at lunch today I would be at 2,100 calories. AT ONE MEAL.

Went on Vacation. Brought the scale, it was apparently inaccurate on thin carpeting instead of flat tile floor because I thought I only gained 2.4 lbs ...
