Fitness Diary - P90X workouts
I have a heart rate monitor - it isn't fancy, but has the chest band and a watch. I could record my heart rate occasionally and see if that helps. Thanks! Today was Cardio. I recorded 10 minutes of Yoga and 50 of aerobic dance. I just don't know about these estimated equivalents! Thanks for the help.

Fitness Diary - P90X workouts
My girlfriend and I have been doing the P90X workouts 3 days a week for a year and decided to do the real deal... 90 days of P90X! We started today. How do you journal this on this site? Like for the core synergistics workout, I'm thinking 20 min calisthenics and 40 minutes pilates? With the huge database here I wish the P90X workouts were listed. Someone tell me how they list the workouts on their fitness diary! Thanks
