Fitness Diary - P90X workouts

My girlfriend and I have been doing the P90X workouts 3 days a week for a year and decided to do the real deal... 90 days of P90X! We started today. How do you journal this on this site? Like for the core synergistics workout, I'm thinking 20 min calisthenics and 40 minutes pilates? With the huge database here I wish the P90X workouts were listed. Someone tell me how they list the workouts on their fitness diary! Thanks

The best way would be to wear a heart rate monitor, enter it as a custom entry under "Other", and enter the calorie info specific for your workout. Yes, a decent entry level HRM will set you back over a $100 easy, but it is a good tool to have and well worth the money.

I recorded 10 minutes of Yoga and 50 of aerobic dance. I just don't know about these estimated equivalents! Thanks for the help.

Many heart rate monitors have the ability for you to enter your age/height/weight and based on that it can calculate Kcals burned (when heart rate is over 100bpm). You press "start" at the beginning of your exercise, and "stop" at the end, and read off the value. This value can be entered directly. I have a Polar F5 which does this and also reports on the amount of time your heart rate was in the theoretical cardio zone.

Same question. Where is calories remaining? There is nothing under snacks. The Android app has calories remaining is huge numbers, and also a summary with the same info, but I don't see it anywhere ...
