why arent I losing weight?!
Erin74kr, I recalculated my RDI and its now 1900 which is closer to what you said Smile I typically dont even comsume all of them though because I dont feel hungry so I dont want to eat just because it said I need more calories. Jessie, I did measure inches so I am just waiting a few weeks to re-measure. It just easily gets frustrating. I guess my main problem is I had my second child a couple months ago and I just really want to get back into all my clothes before I get back to work and want to feel better again. I seemed to be a lot more succesful with weight loss after my first child....I probably should just stop comparing the two and keep working hard.

why arent I losing weight?!
Its so frustrating to follow a diet so well and exercise EVERYDAY, HARD and yet in past couple weeks I have only lost 1.8 pounds. I feel like the weight should be just falling off by looking at the amount of calories consumed vs. calories burned.

Breast Feeding
Thank you so much for the help everyone!! Looks like I will start with 500 for now as other and drop that amount as he continues to consume less.

Breast Feeding
Does anyone know how to factor in the fact that I breast feed? My Dr. told me its like running 6 miles every day I nurse... Is there a way I can somehow count that as calories burned? And should the extra calories somehow be calculated into my RDI?
