Treated myself to the spa today, had a manicure and a pedicure. It felt good to treat myself and after losing almost 50 pounds I think I deserved it. My two teens have been driving me up the wall, the stress of that alone is almost too much. But im keeping strong and hanging in there.

Ya the weekend and even better I have a long weekend 4 days off oh so happy. Weight still the same but thats ok too at least theres no gain. Feeling good bout this week my 2nd mini goal for February 4th is coming and ive already beat that, will be doing photo updates on the 4th as well im eager to see for myself the differences. Im getting people saying to me now "have you lost weight" "wow your looking really good" how did you do it. I love it that people are finally noticing, and comenting it really makes me feel good, and to know that I really am doing this.

Wow what a day, break at work today did a mini work out, counter push ups, leg lifts and walked the property, and shoveled. Home did box fit routine 35 min, strength training 35 min, elliptical 18 min. My challenge yesterday really worked my core my ribs hurt like hell today but it was a good pain I knew I did somthing right so I wanted to work those muscles again today.

So again no huge loss today but that is what it is, start week 5 of my 8 week program on biggest loser for the wii. My score was really good this week, so big im a little worried about being able to beat it next week.

So doing good with tracking my protein, have an ensure in the morning, usually have two hard boiled eggs late morning, home from work do my workout a salad with chicken (white breast meat) after and before 6pm. Then do my diaries and on to the elliptical have a break walk the dogs and bed.Have 3 days of work and I get my four days in a row off, oh my I cant wait.
