I am a 78-year old grandmother of 11 (and ding dang it, soon will be a great-grandmother!) and have been a "yo-yo" on the weight all my life. Each baby (4 of them) put on a little more weight, etc. Just want to be at a more healthy weight, so clothes are comfortable and I can do some walking on vacations without getting a backache! I'm relatively active, but have to confess, I do NOT exercise on any kind of regular basis. Still work parttime, in an office setting.
