Lunch: Canola Mayonnaise, Light Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Oil, Canned), Whole Wheat Pita Bread, Lettuce. Dinner: Carne Asada Burrito. Snacks/Other: Mozzarella Cheese Sticks (10), Original Red Twists, Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches - Chocolate Peanut Butter.
Breakfast: V8, smoked salmon, capers. Lunch: edamame, grilled chicken, satay. Dinner: grilled chicken, satay, gin and tonic, laughing cow light. Snacks/Other: almonds.
Breakfast: 2% String Cheese Sticks, Green Tea to Go Citrus Sugar Free Iced Tea Mix. Lunch: Nip Chee Cheddar Cheese Crackers. Dinner: Turkey Breast Meat, Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy.

Breakfast: coffee, south beach breakfast bar, splenda. Lunch: tortilla soup. Dinner: thin veggie pizza, jalapeno, baked tostitos, guacamole, diced tomatoes. Snacks/Other: michelob ultra, red beans, chicken jambalaya, Baked doritos, pecan pie.
Breakfast: peanut butter, instant oatmeal maple brown sugar kroger, Nature's own whole wheat bread. Lunch: Mcdonalds large fries, Mcdonalds sweet and sour sauce, McDonalds Chicken Nuggets. Dinner: large sonic tater tots, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups Sonic Blast (Regular).
Breakfast: coffee, Pitted Prunes, market pantry coffee creamer, Old Fashioned Oatmeal. Lunch: summer squash, Tomato, Friendly Farms 1% Cottage Cheese, baked whiting. Dinner: Swiss Cheese Singles, Wheat Pita, olive oil, sirloin steak. Snacks/Other: coffee, Coffee-Mate sugar-free creamer, Jell-o fat-free sugar-free pudding.
Breakfast: Cooked Egg White, aidells sausage. Lunch: bean and cheese burrito cedarlane. Dinner: three meat pizza lean cuisine, hard boiled egg. Snacks/Other: Skippy peanut butter, kashi cookie, chocolate ghirardelli, diet hot chocolate, tlc kashi bar, apple.
