Witlofsalade met gerookte kip en chinees kool.
Ingredients
Directions
- Was alle groentes en snij deze in reepjes.
- De zwarte bonen uitlaten lekken en afspoelen met water.
- Schil de avocado en de sinaasappel en snij deze in blokjes. Snij de reepjes kipfilet in kleine blokjes.
- Maak een dressing van de limoensap, olijfolie, en witte wijn azijn. snipper de munt en voeg deze toe. Goed roeren.
- Mix alles bij elkaar in een kom en serveer op een bord.
- Als alternatief ook lekker met een yoghurtdressing.
