Batido Morango, Banana, Chia e Aveia

Um batido rico e saciante. Ótimo para um pequeno almoço completo.

Directions

  1. Hidratar as sementes de chia de véspera. A proporção de água que usei foi 1 colher sopa de chia para 1/2 chávena de chá de água.
  2. Cortar as bananas e os morangos e colocar no liquidificador.
  3. Juntar os flocos de aveia e o leite e bater tudo.
  4. Ao servir, acrescentar as sementes de chia e o gel formado e mexer com uma colher.
