Ensalada de Kiwi y Camarón

Prueba este rico y saludable platillo que lleva kiwis, camarones, pepinos, queso y toronja, ideal para comenzar la dieta

Directions

  1. Incorpora en un recipiente los kiwis, el pepino, el queso, la toronja y los camarones, para posteriormente revolver bien y reservar.
  2. Por separado mezcla en un tazón el jugo de limón y el vinagre, agrega poco a poco el aceite de oliva mientras se batir vigorosamente.
  3. Adereza bien, salpimienta y sirve la ensalada en las cáscaras de toronja.
