Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Dairy free pudding and vegan friendly.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Soak dates in warm water for 15 minutes.
  2. Puree all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  3. Blend until smooth, 2-3 minutes, adding more almond milk if desired (a little thin is best as the pudding thickens when refrigerated).
  4. Divide into 6 bowls. Serve once chilled.
