Omelete de Forno com Farinha Integral

Leve e saboroso. Sem leite e sem farinha branca.

Directions

  1. Unte e enfarinhe uma forma pequena, tipo para pão de forma ou refratário retangular pequeno. Reserve. Ligue o forno para aquecer.
  2. Em uma vasilha, misture os ovos, o tomate picado, a cenoura ralada, o gengibre e a água. Tempere a gosto. Usei ervas (coentro, cominho, açafrão, orégano, salsinha e uma pitada de sal).
  3. Junte a farinha de trigo integral, mexa bem e acrescente o pó royal. Misture tudo muito bem.
  4. Coloque na forma e leve ao forno a 180º por aproximadamente 20 min. Sirva como acompanhamento ou prato principal. É bem nutritivo.
