Crumble de Courgette au Chèvre

Un crumble salé d'été.

  1. Tailler les courgettes en fines rondelles et les faire revenir dans une poêle légèrement huilée. Saler, poivrer et remuer régulièrement.
  2. Au bout de 10 minutes environ, retirer du feu et laisser tiédir. Pendant ce temps préchauffer le four à 210°c (thermostat 7) et préparer la pâte à crumble: verser dans un saladier la farine, la chapelure, une pincée de sel et mélanger. Ajouter ensuite le beurre légèrement ramolli et malaxer le tout du bout des doigts de façon à obtenir une pâte sableuse.
  3. Couper le fromage de chèvre en petits morceaux. Dans 4 ramequins, disposer les rondelles de courgettes puis les petits morceaux de chèvre et terminer avec la pâte à crumble. Enfourner 10 à 15 minutes. Quand le crumble est doré, c’est prêt. Servir aussitôt.
