Directions

  1. Procesar las almendras hasta obtener una especie de harina.
  2. Mezclar bien todos los ingredientes secos.
  3. Añadir el agua tibia y mezclar bien hasta formar una masa homogénea.
  4. Engrase un molde para pan y espolvoree con semillas de sésamo y semillas de lino.
  5. Colocar la masa dejar reposar aprox. 45 minutos en un lugar cálido. Pre-calentar el horno a 190°C.
  6. Cocer en el horno durante unos 60 minutos.

Creo que no estan bien la informacion nutricional de esta receta. Dice 80% de proteinas y solo 5% de HdeC. si vemos la conformacion de los ingredientes, es imposible llegar a esos valores. Sugiero revision de la informacion, Gracias
