Hähnchen-Gemüse-Pfanne

Hänchenbrust mit reichlich gesundem Gemüse.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Das Fleisch in kleine Stücke schneiden. Lauchstange halbieren und etwa 2 cm breite Stücke schneiden, Paprikaschoten in Stücke schneiden, Champignons halbieren.
  2. Das Öl in der Pfanne erhitzen, Hähnchenfleisch scharf anbraten, würzen, aus der Pfanne nehmen und warm stellen.
  3. Im Bratfett Paprika, Lauch und Pilze kurz anbraten, mit der Gemüsebrühe ablöschen, mit Majoran würzen und ca. 15 Min. garen.
  4. Fleisch mit Sauce zum Gemüse geben und weitere 5 Min. mit garen.
  5. Zum Schluss den Schmand unterrühren, mit Salz, Pfeffer, Paprika und Majoran abschmecken.
  6. Dazu: 70 g Vollkornspätzle oder Vollkornnudeln bissfest zubereiten.
