Brotsuppe

Suppe aus Brot.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In einem großen Topf die feingeschnittenen Brotreste in etwas zerlassener Butter anschwitzen.
  2. Die in Würfel geschnittene Zwiebel hinzugeben und kurz mit anrösten.
  3. Mit Mehl bestäuben, durchrühren und mit der abgekühlten Fleischbrühe aufgießen.
  4. Bei schwacher Hitze 20-30 Minuten köcheln lassen.
  5. Mit einem Stabmixer pürieren und mit Salz, Pfeffer und Muskat abschmecken.
  6. Zum Schluss noch ein Schuss Sahne oder Milch dazu geben.
