  1. Freir sin aceite, cebolla picada. Cuando esta transparente agregar los tomates y los pimientos cortados en cubos.
  2. A los 5 min agregar las berenjenas con los zapallitos y las papas todo cortado en cuadrados pequeños.
  3. Dejar cocinar 10 minutos y luego agregar las arvejas y el maíz con las aceitunas unos 3 min. y servir
