Directions

  1. Овсяные хлопья перемалываем в муку с помощью блендера или кофемолки.
  2. В миске смешиваем творог и овсяную муку.
  3. Добавляем протеин.
  4. Отделяем в яйцах белки от желтков и добавляем в наше тесто 6 белков.
  5. Тщательно все перемешиваем, лучше блендером.
  6. Жарим блинчики на сковороде без масла.
