Оладьи из вареной капусты с овсяными хлопьям.

Directions

  1. Капусту отварить в подсоленной воде.
  2. Хлопья измельчить блендером.
  3. Нашинковать отварную капусту.
  4. Смешать капусту и хлопья, добавить яйца, сливки, специи по вкусу.
  5. Жарить на разогретой с маслом сковороде.
  6. Положить на салфетку для впитывания масла.
