Куриные Котлеты

Куриные котлеты с кабачком.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Кабачок натереть на мелкой тёрке, отжать лишнюю жидкость.
  2. Смешать между собой куриный фарш, кабачок, яйцо, соль и перец (по вкусу).
  3. Слепить котлеты.
  4. Сковороду хорошо разогреть.
  5. По вашему желанию добавить масло, можно и без него.
  6. Обжаривать на сковороде с каждой стороны до золотистой корочки на умеренном огне.
  7. После накрыть крышкой и ещё 5 минут готовить.
  8. Можно также эти котлеты приготовить на пару.
