Datteln-Walnuss Brot

Lecker und gesund.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mische 300g Vollkorn dinkel- mit 100g Weizen vollkornmehl, gibt ein Päckchen Trockenhefe und 1 TL Salz dazu.
  2. Verknete das ganze mit ca. 375ml Wasser und 2 EL Apfelessig zu einem Teig. Ich nehme dafür die Küchenmaschine.
  3. Datteln, Wallnüsse, Haferflocken und die Chiasamen zerkleinern und dazugeben. Oder gib zu, wozu du Lust hast, Sonnenblumenkerne, Haferflocken etc. Ein Handvoll frisch geraspelte Möhren sind auch sehr lecker.
  4. Fülle den Teig in eine Form und lasse ihn 45 min gehen.
  5. Bei 200°C Ober- und Unterhitze / 180°C Umluft ca. 45min backen (Stäbchenprobe).
