Ingredients
Directions
- Mische 300g Vollkorn dinkel- mit 100g Weizen vollkornmehl, gibt ein Päckchen Trockenhefe und 1 TL Salz dazu.
- Verknete das ganze mit ca. 375ml Wasser und 2 EL Apfelessig zu einem Teig. Ich nehme dafür die Küchenmaschine.
- Datteln, Wallnüsse, Haferflocken und die Chiasamen zerkleinern und dazugeben. Oder gib zu, wozu du Lust hast, Sonnenblumenkerne, Haferflocken etc. Ein Handvoll frisch geraspelte Möhren sind auch sehr lecker.
- Fülle den Teig in eine Form und lasse ihn 45 min gehen.
- Bei 200°C Ober- und Unterhitze / 180°C Umluft ca. 45min backen (Stäbchenprobe).
