Pollo al Limón/Papas y Zapallo Asados

Pollo al limón con papas y zapallos asados con finas hierbas.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pollo marinado: Mezclar el vino, jugo de limón, ajo picado fino, cilantro picado fino, sal y pimienta. Verter a los dos trutros y dejar reposar por 20 min.
  2. Acompañamiento: Pelar y cortar las papas y el zapallo en cubos de 2cm x 2cm, condimentar con sal, pimienta, romero y tomillo. Envolver en papel aluminio y hornear por 30 min.
  3. Pollo: Cortar la cebolla en pluma y disponer en bandeja de horno, sobre estas disponer el pollo junto con la marinada. Hornear por 40 min o hasta que el pollo este cocido.
  4. Se pueden cocinar al mismo tiempo, revisando las papas y el zapallo a los 30 min de cocción.
  5. Servir pollo en conjunto a la cama de cebollas y disponer las papas con el zapallo, agregar gotas de aceite de oliva a las papas y zapallo.
