I like it! Now I just have to keep going in the same direction.

I finally got my butt out of bed and did some exercise this morning. I followed an aerobics recording and WOW! I couldn't keep up! I just kept going at the pace I was able to do and hope in a few weeks I can keep up.

Today is a fasting day so hopefully I don't scare my co-workers. Stay strong everyone and remember that you are what matters most!
154.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just drink water and don’t mention fasting to your coworkers. Take a walk or read instead. 🙋🏻‍♀️

I enjoy too when it just works and yes today is to incorporate exercise in my plan...Ive got the equipment so now I need my commitment...have a fantastic week..great job!
