Not excited about gaining .3 pounds but not overly upset about it either. Did not have a lot of time for exercise in the last week and my eating wasn't the best. Started back to it yesterday and felt better because I did.
195.9 lb Lost so far: 23.1 lb.    Still to go: 35.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
