Finally -I'm headed in the right direction.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1799 kcal Fat: 130.98g | Prot: 106.20g | Carb: 53.97g.   Breakfast: egg, half and half, half and half, brewed coffee, brewed coffee, pepperjack cheese. Lunch: Low carb wrap, Hellmann, Feta Dressing, Dole Salad, cheese, peanuts, chicken breast, boiled egg. Dinner: butter, cauliflower, mushroom, peas, pork chops. Snacks/Other: brewed coffee, brewed coffee, mixed nuts, half and half, half and half. more...
on diet Atkins   losing 2.0 lb a week
