Weight up .6 lb. Very humbling. Can only attribute the gain to nuts, portion size, and less than meticulous logging. I will focus on these elements and Keto on. :>(
224.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 79.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great achievement so far - don't get discouraged by a number. Our body has a mind of its own at times - it loses fast, slow, not at all and sometimes it tricks us by making us believe it is in reverse. Just keep on going and don't pay this any attention. Before you know it it is gone as well.

Six-tenths of a pound is a very normal variation! I've found logging to be really helpful for spotting trends and keeping me honest.

This is when you learn how your body uses the food you give it, but .6 is nothing in the big scheme of things. Don't let that scale get to you. You have done so well and this is just a bump in the road.

Thank you all so much. Struggling all day...such a baby about the scale #. Should take some of my own advice (as well as your sage advice here) and Keep calm and Keto ON.
