happy with the scale today! my goal was to get into the 250's by tomorrow. i am not sure that I will make it but, progress is progress. my weight loss is slowing down rapidly and I am not sure what to do to restart it. I have been very good at recording my diet and I have not over ate in a long time.... My husband says that he notices a big difference. I am not sure that i notice much of anything though. I think it is because I see myself every day. so, i think that i am going to take an HONEST picture and look back at it in a couple months to see the difference. May the scale be in my favor!

It's hard to see the difference by yourself; the mind is tricky and the mirror even more so, I went from an Obese to healthy BMI and didn't notice the difference in the mirror ... but on the photos, oh boy! There IS a difference. It's the same for people who see you almost everyday, my parents did tell me there's a difference, 'but not much' whereas people I met less often would be able to tell that I lost each time.
I'd recommend measuring yourself each 2 weeks with a measuring tape and taking photos as well ;)
