Yep. My hormones are as out of whack as this Ohio weather. 54 degrees and it is almost 4th of July....wwwhhhhaaaatttt???? Oh....and I just drank a Mcdonald's iced coffee with sf vanilla thinking it was like Starbucks??? Yeah...like 18 carbs. Thank a lot Mcdonald's. Ugh...my own fault for not looking it up first.

Love those label surprises!!! Yesterday, I finally looked at my bottle of Balsamic Vinegar thinking it was pretty much free....no, 2 carbs per tablespoon! Egads...decided that I was going to police things a bit better. We live and learn...

LOL..right? I should know better. I should have learned from my Pizza Hut wings surprise. Just when you think traditional, unbreaded buffalo wings are safe....BOOM. Pizza Hut mild wings are 3.5 carbs a piece!! ACK!

I learn the hard way too. For me...here...just move on...and keep logging. When in doubt- don't ...or at least wait...until I know the carbs level. It's sneaky.
