Every little bit helps. I guess. It's better than gaining, as my mom reminds me. I've been eating right, but have been under stress this week. That could be it. Idk.
188.8 lb Lost so far: 111.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When doing the right thing don't worry about plateaus. I have hit a ton of them a few years back when I was shedding 40+ pounds. I'd get so discouraged, but by the time I lost a little over 50% of my goal I kinda expected it. Don't forget that as you lose weight you have to recalculate your food intake. Keep it up.
