Ketogenic is the best way to go. One can minimize carbs and fats in a ketogenic diet but fats are a secondary concern.
But a good example. Why eat the darn yolk for 50 calories when you can skip the yolk and add 50 calories of cheese? Why use olive oil on your salad when salsa, lemon juice, spices,or vinegar works just fine?
Every little fat calorie you can squeeze out without missing it helps too.
