Down 47 pounds since June 18th - 3 pounds to go for my initial goal. I definitely endorse and recommend the ketogenic diet!

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 December 2016:
1209 kcal Fat: 75.18g | Prot: 106.79g | Carb: 23.20g.   Breakfast: Hormel Black Label Bacon Thick Slices, Fried Egg. Lunch: Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed Meal, Smoked or Cured Ham, Egg, Roma Tomatoes. Dinner: Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat), Chili's Spicy & Garlic Shrimp (6 Each), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Hormel Black Label Fully Cooked Bacon. more...

Ketogenic is the best way to go. One can minimize carbs and fats in a ketogenic diet but fats are a secondary concern. But a good example. Why eat the darn yolk for 50 calories when you can skip the yolk and add 50 calories of cheese? Why use olive oil on your salad when salsa, lemon juice, spices,or vinegar works just fine? Every little fat calorie you can squeeze out without missing it helps too.
