Still getting back on track after my two days of birthday culinary debauchery. LOL Feeling pretty good though. I have about a month and a half of the diet pills left, so I am going to use them correctly (I often forget to take them), and get the scale moving in the right direction again. Need to implement some exercise into my daily routine, but I lack motivation plus there are knee and elbow issues that mean some work arounds are needed. Excited to get things moving again. I have been playing around with the same two pounds for over a month now. It is time to get serious. I wish you all a very successful and happy week.

I am still struggling to gain weight. I am trying to stay up to 3000 calories per day. Building a good physique but still at 63kg Have a good day Max

Glad you enjoyed your birthday and Not a bad weight gain. Have a great week! Lifes little pleasures help when we are trying so hard. i think it is important to celebrate a bit along the way.

Thank you all. It was meant to be just a birthday meal, but it turned into a day and a half of eating all the things I had been craving. LOL. It really is a slippery slope.

Ah, Sierra, if you only you were able to do some exercises and maybe some fitness/weight lifting to get a lean shape, you would allow yourselves some "cheat days" /with moderation, and not regret a single piece of chocolate. Hahaha.
