LadyinDenim's Journal, 27 October 2016

I did eat like a Beast yesterday. It all fit in a two hour window. It wasn't LCHF, but apparently contained enough potassium that I was spared leg cramps last night.

Spent time with grandkids yesterday. It was wonderful. I am grateful for my beautiful family ☺

My plan is to return to LCHF in Beast Mode today. I plan to include vegetables in my meal.

Well, whatever you did, it worked, so great loss. Grandkids always put a sparkle in the eye and just lift the heart so good for you.

Awesome loss! Congrats, Beast!!! I, personally, find myself getting cramps if I don't get enough salt in when doing LCHF. GOOD magnesium supplements also help me tremendously. Have a terrific day, lady! 🌞

Grandkids are such a blessing! I haven't seen mine for a few weeks and I am suffering Granny withdrawal. I take magnesium every night to keep those nasty leg cramps away, it works well. I too rocked the Beast yesterday! Yea us!

I also take magnesium tablets at night to avoid muscle cramps - just an idea.

You sound positive today. My grandchildren wore me out with play fights yesterday. Youngest kept pulling in my jeans which are baggy and baggier. Good luck with your BEAST. Whatever that is?? I've got a beast I'm married to. He's a good Beast though

Love is the best medicine (damn the donuts and the nasty boss), it's the grandkids that count!

I do take magnesium supplements. That's why I suspect the culprit is low potassium. Love does heal our wounds, doesn't it?
