Skparker's Journal, 12 September 2016

I lost my job and stressed to the point of nearly losing my life. Trying to keep things under control. I'm back in therapy and went out of keto for awhile. Now I'm job hunting (which sucks) but I'm trying to stay busy and positive. Trying to refocus on eating better again because my weight went back up thanks to eating poorly out of stress. I appreciate any and all encouragement and advice during this challenging time.

I'm sorry to hear you've been having such a rough time. I hope your therapist can help you to find the path forward you need. Please try to hang on until you get to better days that surely lie ahead. {{{hugs}}}

I sincerely feel for you. I went thru something similar a few years ago. Hang it there. We are all here for you even if its just to vent. Long walks really kept me from melting down..

Remember that this, too, shall pass. Control the things you can, like what goes in your mouth, and focus on what's going right for you. Even if it's just one small thing in your life, give that the majority of your attention. Energy flows where attention goes.

It is a difficult place but remember all your coping skills and how you have had successes in the past and will have them again
