The scale was very nice to me today! When we got home from our vacation, I was afraid to step on the scale. But I did and 'wow' it was worse then I thought it would be. However, I'm back to work and packing regular lunches and getting out for a workout at lunch. And viola, weight back down to where it should be. Don't get me wrong, we had a great time away, fishing and swimming and just hanging out. There was also some very good bbq dinners, ice cream, alcohol beverages and Cheetos!!

I can't believe the summer is almost over. One more week and then my son will be back to school on Sept.6. We're off to buy shoes and clothes for him tonight. We got him a backpack last night.

Enjoy the weekend buddies!!

Happy you all got to relax. We started homeschool a few weeks ago but we also should be done the end of April. I like May too much to want to be stuck inside. Those are the joys of homeschooling.

Really like your approach to losing weight Aggie - steady, step by step, and not triggered by scale inertia. Heroic! Good job getting back to business!
