Things are not going well weight wise. I gotta get back in control...
155.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1712 kcal Fat: 79.85g | Prot: 116.66g | Carb: 139.70g.   Breakfast: Kroger Traditional Turkey Sausage Links, Egg Beaters All Natural 100% Egg Whites, Borden Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Ketchup, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg. Lunch: Sweet Cherries, Great Value Greek Nonfat Yogurt - Plain, Seapoint Farms Dry Roasted Edamame - Lightly Salted. Dinner: Fried Plantain, Beef, Potatoes and Vegetables (Including Carrots, Broccoli, and/or Dark-Green Leafy, Mixture). Snacks/Other: CVS Mixed Nuts Honey Roasted. more...

Helps me to recognize I always am in "control". Sometimes, I do a poor job of managing me. Not such a big jump to making good decisions from there. Kind of a mind game but it works for me!
