and the scales says.. gooood mornin everyone...im just amazed at how the scales keep smilin on me..yes im journaling all my food and im not cheating with sugar candy..but i have to admit..i weigh myself right before i go to bed at night just to see how close i am to that mornings weight an alot of nights...im thinkin theres no way im gonna be down enough to record a loss the next morning..an to my surprise..the weight fairy comes along an presto..the scales are smiling on me once again..so...not wanting to disappoint the scales..il take it.. gonna take it as long as i can..i keep expecting for the loss to slow down ..but..im hoping that the rate its comin off i can hit my first goal by the 5th of this month..then i will reset it again to 300...hopin to hit that by end of the month ..only the weight fairy can know the answer to that one..well..coffee/tea pot has quit perkin..so..time to get up an get some liquid in me once again..get this morning started..its raining here again this morning..but rain or shine i still have errands to get done this morning..so..have a great day everyone..thanks for stoppin by to read and support me...and remember stay focused an stick with the plan..to achieve your goals...

goooooooood mornin carmen..yes yes yes..so close to my goal and im so happy ..im just amazed its fallin off with out doing all the exercise like i once did..its just shocking

I do the same thing you do... and I just love it when the weight fairy visits. You are doing a fine job dropping weight!

You're doing great! It will keep on coming off! I have the utmost faith in all of us! If I can go from 321 to 274 in 4 months, this is the place to be! And you are right, no exercise right now and it just keeps droppin!

ty trackin, imlaura, john, ysg, and ron as ive said in past journals i use to be on this site when it was still new..and lost 100 lbs and kept it off for 8 years, but just in the last 8months put back on 50lbs..it went on slowly as i was still eating mostly like i do now, but i was also having sugary candy as a reward on a daily basis..not good..lesson i should have known better..but easy to fall back into old habits..came back on here..got settled back in..got back the inspiration an motivation and im back on track once again..lessons learned..

When you feel up to it...low impact steady state activities (walking, leasurely biking, swimming) can help with health, fitness and in a small way fat loss. Not necessary, but will help...take care!!

ty steven...the plan when i get down to 300 is to start riding my road bike again..with the extra weight, im afraid i might pop some spokes..thats the plan to start doing my morning rides once again..
