Weight gain of 7 lbs in 2 weeks.... tired of feeling defeated. When do I get tired enough to stop this crazy behavior. At this age, probably never....but for some reason I'm here and journaling and plan on doing some healthy cooking.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 May 2016:
742 kcal Fat: 30.20g | Prot: 63.91g | Carb: 53.23g.   Breakfast: Oatmeal, Cream (Half & Half), Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch: Egg, Cheddar or American Cheese (Reduced Fat, Pasteurized), Egg Beaters Egg Substitute. Dinner: Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Power Crunch Protein Energy Bar - Peanut Butter Fudge, Cantaloupe Melons. more...

Be encouraged were all trying to find that secret. Just stay focused and log everything . Learn from others and one day at a time. You can do this. Our bodies are forever changing to adapt to a new dietary frame of mind.
