I just read my last journal entry.....whine, whine, whine! Just do what you know works and stop your whining. You hit a binge....you let your emotions take over and no matter how much you stuffed food down your throat, that thing that was bugging you is still there. So let go of it...turn it over....you really can do this.

Now that's a much better way to start the day.
