Looking at your weight chart I'm seeing about 14 lbs down in the past 2 months and a steady trend down. That's an accomplishment, you are on the right path. Just keep it up, you still lost even though it wasn't as much as you wanted this time.

I agree with Tatmummy's comment. We all hope for that -3 but the reality is....👊

Yes, a loss is indeed a loss and you can take that as a positive. We all feel a bit of disappointment sometimes that we haven't lost as much as we could but it happens without rhyme or reason at times. Here's the weekend and next week is another opportunity. Best of luck!

A loss is *always* a loss, don't let yourself get down - that's a nice drop! If it helps at all, even though I was super steady with intake, some weeks my body just held right on. It was hard sometimes, but I trusted the process - if you are burning more than you eat, and logging as accurately as you can, it's usually water. I say that (and yes, this is anecdotal), but for many people, it seems that fat cells, once emptied, are backfilled by water for a time until the body decides "ok, don't need those anymore", and releases that water weight. I've gone 2-3-4 weeks sometimes, where I should have a loss - and then in the next week, it all comes off at once, literally. Defies logic, or reason. I've had it happen the day after I ate a big burger. I've had it happen when I had a light supper! But the main thing is - stay strong, stay honest with yourself, and don't let anything get in your way. :)

Thanks all, I appreciate your support. So long as I stay pretty much on track it'll come off in the end :-)
