I did go to the gym yesterday and walked for an hour. I really wanted to stop at 35 minutes but by then I noticed I was 2.2 miles in and decided to go for 3 or at least another 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, I talked to myself like I would if my friend was next to me in the same situation - Come on! Only 10 minutes left, you can do it. Don't give up now, you're so close! And yes, I rolled my eyes at myself but I did it.
As for food yesterday, I should have just gone grocery shopping. I made it harder on myself working around what I had left to avoid it and then on top of that forgot to drink water. Duh.
Having a coffee right now, then will get dressed and go grocery shopping. My boy will love me big for this...
