Today is day 1 restart, hoping this week of detoxing won't suck. Work will keep me busy and I have a massage Thursday to look forward to. Actually did some grocery shopping yesterday so I'm pretty well set for food. Might have to pick up a couple things (tomatoes etc) that I forgot but willing to do that. Josh and I are doing this together so there's that.
9pm - day 1 complete, not bad. Work was busy until just now with projects so kept my boredom at bay and really wasn't hungry. Drank a lot so bathroom breaks were my walking today.
