Back home and now able to do my thing. It'll take a few days but it'll come back off.

Today is supposed to rain most of the day but hopefully done by late afternoon/evening. I'll get back to my walks today or tomorrow depending. Upping the water again today (always the issue with work traveling) to get back to my normal. The way I'm feeling right now, I may also take a nap lol.

183.6 lb Lost so far: 48.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Naps are good!! It's hard to lose weight if you don't get enough sleep. Go for it. ;o)
